graispect — terms & conditions

these terms apply to all applications published by mk under the graispect name, including graispect, mk's cams, dear mk, and mrkd. by using any of these apps, you agree to the terms below.

1. graispect

graispect is a closed, mutual-friends social app. everything you post is visible only to people you've mutually added. it's designed for presence, not performance.

eligibility

• use accurate information when creating your account.
• meet the minimum age required in your country.
• follow these terms and applicable laws.

your content

you own the content you create. by posting on graispect, you grant permission to store and display your content to your mutual friends.

you agree not to post:

• illegal content.
• hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• sexually explicit or pornographic content.
• content that depicts or encourages violence or self-harm.
• spam or automated content.
• anything that violates someone else's rights.

objectionable content & abusive users

there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on graispect. graispect is small and closed on purpose, and it stays that way because this is enforced, not because it's assumed.

• reporting. you can report a thought, a mood, or an answer from the menu on it. reports come straight to me.
• what happens next. i review every report and act within 24 hours. content that breaks these terms is removed, and the account behind it can be suspended or deleted.
• blocking. you can block someone from your friends list, or at the same time as reporting a post. blocking removes them from your feed and stops them reaching you. you never have to explain it to anyone, including me.
• consequences. posting objectionable content, or abusing other people, can get your account removed without warning and without a refund of anything.

if something needs attention, email support@graispect.com. a real person reads it. that person is me.

2. mk's cams

mk's cams is a standalone camera application. it does not require an account and does not store or transmit your photos.

• photos and videos remain on your device.
• no cloud upload or external storage is provided by the app.
• you are responsible for how you save, share, or use your media.

3. dear mk

dear mk is a creative letter-writing application that generates text based on your inputs, selections, and prompts.

• generated letters are provided for personal use only.
• you are responsible for how you use or share generated content.
• generated output may vary and is not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.

ai-generated content

letters in dear mk are generated automatically. while care is taken in how the system is designed, output may be imperfect, subjective, or unsuitable for certain situations.

4. mrkd

mrkd is a personal location and wants tracker. it does not require an account.

• your marks, photos, and notes are stored on your device and synced via your iCloud.
• no cloud upload or external storage is provided by us.
• you are responsible for your content and backups.

5. privacy

how data is collected, used, and stored is explained in the privacy policy. by using any of the apps, you agree to those practices.

6. account deletion

for graispect, you can deactivate your account inside the app. if not reactivated within 33 days, all associated data will be permanently deleted.

7. downtime & changes

the apps may experience bugs, outages, or updates. features may change or be removed at any time. availability is not guaranteed.

8. acceptable use

• do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the apps.
• do not interfere with other users or services.
• do not use the apps for unlawful purposes.

9. liability

all apps are provided "as is." i'm not liable for losses or damages resulting from:

• use or misuse of the apps.
• service interruptions.
• loss of content or generated output.
• decisions made based on generated text.

10. third-party services

graispect may use third-party services such as firebase. dear mk may rely on third-party ai services to generate content. mrkd uses Apple CloudKit for sync. use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

11. updates

these terms may be updated from time to time. continued use of the apps means you accept the revised terms.
