graispect — terms & conditions

these terms apply to all applications published by mk under the graispect name, including graispect, mk’s cams, and to n from mk. by using any of these apps, you agree to the terms below.

1. graispect

graispect is a closed, mutual-friends social app. everything you post is visible only to people you’ve mutually added. it’s designed for presence, not performance.

eligibility

• use accurate information when creating your account.
• meet the minimum age required in your country.
• follow these terms and applicable laws.

your content

you own the content you create. by posting on graispect, you grant permission to store and display your content to your mutual friends.

you agree not to post:

• illegal content.
• hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• spam or automated content.
• anything that violates someone else’s rights.

2. mk’s cams

mk’s cams is a standalone camera application. it does not require an account and does not store or transmit your photos.

• photos and videos remain on your device.
• no cloud upload or external storage is provided by the app.
• you are responsible for how you save, share, or use your media.

3. to n from mk

to n from mk is a creative letter-writing application that generates text based on your inputs, selections, and prompts.

• generated letters are provided for personal use only.
• you are responsible for how you use or share generated content.
• generated output may vary and is not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.

ai-generated content

letters in to n from mk are generated automatically. while care is taken in how the system is designed, output may be imperfect, subjective, or unsuitable for certain situations.

4. privacy

how data is collected, used, and stored is explained in the privacy policy. by using any of the apps, you agree to those practices.

5. account deletion

for graispect, you can deactivate your account inside the app. if not reactivated within 33 days, all associated data will be permanently deleted.

6. downtime & changes

the apps may experience bugs, outages, or updates. features may change or be removed at any time. availability is not guaranteed.

7. acceptable use

• do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the apps.
• do not interfere with other users or services.
• do not use the apps for unlawful purposes.

8. liability

all apps are provided “as is.” i’m not liable for losses or damages resulting from:

• use or misuse of the apps.
• service interruptions.
• loss of content or generated output.
• decisions made based on generated text.

9. third-party services

graispect may use third-party services such as firebase. to n from mk may rely on third-party ai services to generate content. use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

10. updates

these terms may be updated from time to time. continued use of the apps means you accept the revised terms.
