privacy policy
last updated: august 2026this page explains how my apps — graispect, mk's cams, dear mk, mrkd, prssd, and siiino — handle data, permissions, and privacy. i don't sell your information, and i only collect what's needed to make the apps work.
graispect
graispect is a private, friends-only social app. to work properly, it needs certain information to create your account, show your posts, and deliver notifications.
information collected (graispect)
- email address when you sign up.
- optional: display name, profile picture, and bio.
- your posts (glimpses, thoughts, moods, tunes, quotes, daily questions).
- in-app interactions such as reactions, comments, friend requests.
- direct messages you send to mutual friends.
- technical information like device type, crash reports, and logs (via firebase).
direct messages (graispect)
direct messages between mutual friends are end-to-end encrypted. the message is locked on your device with a key only you and the person you're talking to have. it's stored encrypted, so nobody in the middle — not the server, not firebase, not me — can read it.
the one exception is reporting. if you report a conversation, the recent messages from the person you're reporting are unlocked on your device and sent to me so i can review them and act. nothing is decrypted anywhere else, and a conversation nobody reports stays unreadable to me forever.
how this information is used (graispect)
- to create your account and keep it secure.
- to show your posts to your mutual friends.
- to deliver alerts, daily quotes, daily questions, and notifications you enable.
- to fix bugs, improve performance, and keep the app stable.
third-party services (graispect)
graispect uses firebase (authentication, firestore, storage, realtime database, cloud functions, cloud messaging) and analytics. all data is stored securely by google firebase.
sharing (graispect)
i don't sell your data. it may be shared with service providers strictly for app operation or if required by law.
account deletion (graispect)
you can deactivate your account inside the app. if not reactivated within 33 days, all your data is permanently deleted, including posts, chats, and profile. you can also delete your account and all of its data outright from settings, at any time.
mk's cams
mk's cams is a standalone camera app. it does not require an account and does not collect personal data. everything stays on your device.
information collected (mk's cams)
- none. mk's cams does not collect or store personal information.
- no account is created.
- no analytics or tracking.
- no data is sent to external servers.

- camera: required to take photos and apply live filters.
- photo library: required so you can save filtered photos to your device.
these permissions are used only locally on your device. images are never uploaded, stored elsewhere, or analyzed.
third-party services (mk's cams)
mk's cams does not use firebase, analytics, or any tracking SDKs.

dear mk
dear mk is a trained a.i. letter-writing app. you answer prompts, and the app generates a customized letter.
information processed (dear mk)
- the text you type into the app (your answers and preferences).
- the generated letter output.
- basic technical data for reliability and security (for example: timestamps, device/app version, and minimal request logs).
how it's used (dear mk)
- to generate your letter on request.
- to prevent abuse (rate limiting) and keep the service stable.
- to debug issues and improve reliability.
ai processing & third-party services (dear mk)
dear mk may use the OpenAI API to generate letters. according to OpenAI's published API data controls, data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models unless explicitly opted in, and abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days by default.
storage (dear mk)
- by default, letter generation is processed to produce the output and return it to you.
- if you choose to save, copy, export, or share your letter, that action happens under your control (for example: your device storage, clipboard, messages, email, notes).
- any service logs kept for security/diagnostics are limited and are not used for advertising.
mrkd
mrkd is a personal marking app. it does not require an account and does not collect personal data. everything stays on your device and your personal iCloud account.
information collected (mrkd)
- none. your marks (notes, locations, photos) are stored on your device and synced via your own iCloud account using CloudKit. we never see or access your data.
- no account is created.
- no analytics or tracking.
- no data is sent to our servers.
permissions used (mrkd)
- location: used to pin your mark on the map when you create one.
- camera: used to capture a glimpse for your mark.
- photo library: used to attach or save photos.
these permissions are used only locally. nothing is uploaded to our servers.
third-party services (mrkd)
mrkd uses Apple CloudKit for sync. no firebase, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
sharing (mrkd)
no data is shared because no data is collected by us.
prssd
prssd is a digital-bouquet app — you build a bouquet, send it as a link, and the other person can write a letter back. it does not require an account and does not collect personal data. everything stays on your device or inside the link you choose to share.
information collected (prssd)
- none. prssd does not collect personal information, and runs no server that stores your bouquets or messages.
- no account is created.
- no analytics or tracking.
how sending works (prssd)
when you send a bouquet, the flowers, the names you type, and your note are packed into the link itself (the part after the "#"). you share that link yourself, through your own apps. i don't run a server that receives, stores, or reads these links, so i never see your bouquets or who you send them to.
what stays on your device (prssd)
the bouquets you make and open — "your garden" — are saved only on your device, including the on-device storage the home and lock-screen widgets read. this is never sent to me.
opening a link on the web (prssd)
if a bouquet link is opened in a browser, the page draws the bouquet entirely in the browser. the bouquet data lives after the "#" in the link, which browsers do not send to any server. the page loads one font (google fonts) to display text; no other requests are made and no personal data is shared.
third-party services (prssd)
prssd uses no firebase, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
sharing (prssd)
no data is shared because no data is collected.
siiino
siiino is a fate & fortune app — you ask a question and get an answer. it does not require an account and does not collect personal data. everything happens on your device.
information collected (siiino)
- none. siiino does not collect or store personal information.
- no account is created.
- no analytics or tracking.
- no data is sent to external servers.
permissions used (siiino)
siiino requires no special permissions. the questions you ask are never recorded or sent anywhere.
widget (siiino)
siiino offers a home and lock-screen widget. anything it shows is generated and stored only on your device, and is never sent to me.
third-party services (siiino)
siiino uses no firebase, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
sharing (siiino)
no data is shared because no data is collected.
